Get a $25 gift card if you order by the deadline (which varies by zone) and the package does not arrive by Christmas Eve.
At New Mexico Tea Company, we take shipping seriously. We package and ship orders 7 days a week. Also, every tea pouch is packed specifically for your order, so you get the freshest available tea.
Over the years, we have prided ourselves on getting orders out the same or next day, whether you choose to pay for shipping or not! If you dont know about our choose your own shipping program; we let you pick how much you pay for shipping, from free to paying it forward!
Rest assured, we will be packing and shipping orders every day until Christmas Eve. So even if you miss these deadlines, there is still a chance your package will arrive; it just won't be guaranteed.
The Guarantee
Place your order by 3pm on the deadlines below, assuming all items are in stock, and your package will arrive by Christmas Eve. If it doesn’t, you’ll receive a $25 gift card from us, no questions asked—even if the delay is on USPS’s side.
- Albuquerque: Monday, 22nd - Past Due - Unlikely To Arrive before 25th
- Zone 1 (and New Mexico): Saturday, 20th - Past Due - Unlikely
- Zone 2: Friday, 19th - Past Due - Not Possible
- Zone 3: Thursday, 18th - Past Due - Not Possible
- Zone 4: Wednesday, 17th - Past Due - Not Possible
- Zone 5: Tuesday, 16th - Past Due - Not Possible
- Zone 6: Monday, 15th - Past Due - Not Possible
To file your claim, just email support@nmteaco.com and say that the package did not arrive in time.
